The GPU used is a an Imagination PowerVR GE8320 GPU clocked at 650MHz. The G35 on the other hand has the same A53 cores clocked at 2.3GHz instead of the usual 2.0GHz on the G25. The GPU too is the same Imagination PowerVR GE8320 GPU, but this time, it’s clocked higher, at 680MHz. Lastly, coming to the RAM, the new chipsets support up to 6GB LPDDR4x RAM at a frequency 1600MHz.

Display:

The G25 uses an IPS LCD is capable of a max display resolution of 1600×720 pixels (HD+) with a refresh rate of 60Hz.  The G35 on the other hand too has an IPS LCD display, and supports a max resolution of 2400×1080 pixels (FHD+) and a refresh rate of 60 fps.
