TSMC approves the investment of $3.5 billion into it’s Arizona R&D facility

A while back, TSMC announced a new semiconductor facility to be opened in Arizona this year where they would be manufacturing chips for AMD, Nvidia and most US companies. Mediatek reveals new budget 5G chip based on the 6nm node, will power phones in the sub $300 range
