Nvidia is working on it’s own version of AMD’s SAM(Smart Access Memory) for RTX 30 GPUs, will work with Intel and AMD chips!

When AMD launched their 6000 series of graphics cards, the main feature that made them stand out was the SAM or Smart Access Memory. This is a feature that effectively expands the data channels between it’s Ryzen CPU and Radeon GPU, giving the Ryzen system access to all of the Radeon GPU’s buffer memory. This proprietary feature is only available for Ryzen 5000 CPUs and Radeon 6000 GPUs. Nvidia is making their version open for both AMD as well as Intel CPUs Being the only company that’s able to offer both its own graphics cards as well as CPUs, at…

First generation of Apple Silicon M1 based products are here!

Apple finally makes its move towards ARM based processors and transition away from Intel processors, which Apple’s MacBook have used since 2006. This transition from Intel to ARM-based Apple Silicon is seen as a breakthrough moment in technology, and this would probably change the future of Mac. The biggest advantage of ARM processors is that they’ll provide better battery life, performance and efficiency than Intel. This will also be able to run iOS and iPadOS apps smoothly on macOS. AMD custom cards are releasing soon, and Sapphire teased the new 6800XT Nitro plus

One of AMD’s major AIB(Add in board) partners, Sapphire Technology just teased it’s latest gen 6800XT Nitro+ graphics card. Sapphire Nitro+ cards are the most highly anticipated card designs, and they just gave a glimpse of it’s design. New cards to feature triple fans by default Since AMD switched from a blower style cooler for the 5700XT, to the new triple fan setup in the 6800XT, they’ve been able to increase performance by leaps and bounds as blower style cards had a huge con. Blower style cards would cause the VRMs to heat up thus limiting fps and this gave…
